Inteligo Peru Holdings S.A.C. (hereinafter “IPH”) reaffirms its commitment to respecting and promoting human rights, in alignment with the values and ethical principles outlined in the IPH Code of Ethics. This policy is framed within the necessity of aligning business practices with international human rights standards.
Objective and Scope:
The purpose of this policy is to ensure the respect and promotion of human rights, in accordance with the international standards established in the United Nations Global Compact, the International Bill of Human Rights, and the Declaration of the International Labour Organization (ILO). Its application extends to IPH employees, and it is expected that the practices of suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders align with this policy.
Due diligence and non-compliance reporting:
The responsibility of employees, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to report any suspicion of non-compliance or conduct contrary to this policy is established. Reporting channels are provided, and it is noted that non-compliance with this policy will be subject to sanctions, as determined by the Ethics Committee in coordination with the Human Resources and Development Department. These sanctions may range from warnings to dismissals, without prejudice to any legal responsibilities that may arise.
